Our protein chips are built on a deliberate blend of sodium caseinate, milk protein isolate, calcium caseinate, and whey protein isolate. This quartet delivers complete amino acids, supports lean muscle, and creates the kind of satisfying fullness only real protein can provide. It is the backbone of the crunch, the flavor, and the performance.

To support the clean texture and balanced taste in every bite, we add brown rice protein. This helps reinforce the structure of the chip so it stays crisp, sturdy, and flavorful without relying on starches or fillers. Every ingredient is selected with intention, and every chip earns its place in the bag.

At Legendary, we obsess over the percent of calories from protein, called pCal. Having a higher pCal% means that a food delivers more of its calories from protein, relative to carbs and fat.

pCal can be easily calculated with the following steps:

1) Locate the total grams of protein in a product
2) Multiply that number by 4 (there are 4 calories in every gram of product)
3) Divide that number by the total number of calories
4) All done!

Using Legendary Protein Chips as an example:

1) 20g Protein x 4 Calories = 80 Calories
3) 80 Calories from Protein / 150 Total Calories = 53% pCal
