Sweet Rolls: with high protein standards.
Sweet rolls are usually built for indulgence with nothing to back it up. We build ours with purpose. Every roll starts with meaningful protein, controlled net carbs, and flavors developed to perform. The result is a sweet roll that satisfies cravings while supporting real goals.
No empty calories, no sugar traps, and no pretend “protein” snacks dressed up as dessert.
It all starts (and ends) with protein.
Our sweet rolls start with our Legendary Protein Dough, a soft and chewy base created through relentless R and D work and a complete obsession with texture. This is the foundation that lets a sweet roll stay rich, moist, and satisfying without relying on sugar or empty filler.
We use a purposeful protein blend built around micellar casein and whey protein isolate. This combination supports lean muscle, delivers a complete amino acid profile, and provides the level of satiety that only real protein can create. Every bite feels indulgent while working to keep you full and on track.
Collagen peptides round out the system with support for connective tissue, skin, hair, and nails. The amount we use mirrors what you would see in beef, which helps complete the amino acid spectrum and strengthens the performance of the entire formula.
Every component serves a function. Every ingredient earns its place. The result is a sweet roll built with intention and designed to handle both flavor and fuel.
How many of the calories come from protein?
At Legendary, we obsess over the percent of calories from protein, called pCal. Having a higher pCal% means that a food delivers more of its calories from protein, relative to carbs and fat.
pCal can be easily calculated with the following steps:
1) Locate the total grams of protein in a product
2) Multiply that number by 4 (there are 4 calories in every gram of product)
3) Divide that number by the total number of calories
4) All done!
Using our Cinnamon Protein Sweet Rolls as an example:
1) 20g Protein x 4 Calories = 80 Calories
3) 80 Calories from Protein / 200 Total Calories = 40% pCal
